President
Catarina Echols
Is an experienced architectural professional based in Mobile, Alabama, with a strong focus on historic preservation and community development. Catarina also serves as Chair of the City of Mobile’s Architectural Review Board and sits on the Board of Directors for Restore Mobile. She works at Watermark Design Group LLC, where she applies her architectural expertise. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to preserving Mobile’s architectural heritage and strengthening the local design community.

Vice President
Keith Parker
Keith Parker serves as the Vice President of the AIA Mobile Chapter, bringing 30+ years of experience in architecture and project management to the organization's leadership team. Based out of Mobile, Parker is affiliated with Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, one of the largest architecture and engineering firms in the Southeast. In his role as Vice President, he plays a pivotal part in advancing the chapter's mission to support and connect architectural professionals in the Mobile area.

Secretary
David Cordingly
Serves as the Secretary of the AIA Mobile Chapter, contributing his extensive experience in architectural project management to the organization's leadership. In his professional role, he is a Capital Improvement Project Manager within the City of Mobile’s Architectural Engineering Department, where he oversees the planning and execution of various municipal construction and renovation projects . Cordingly's involvement with AIA Mobile underscores his commitment to advancing the architectural profession and supporting the local design community.

Treasurer
Jim Bray
Serves as the Treasurer of the AIA Mobile Chapter, bringing his experience in architecture and design to the leadership team. He works as a Senior Representative in Commercial Business Development at Spire Energy, where he builds relationships with commercial clients and helps grow natural gas services in the Mobile area. Jim’s work at Spire Energy and his role with the AIA Mobile Chapter show his commitment to supporting the local architectural community and strengthening connections among professionals

Co Treasurer
Mark Aldred
​Mark Aldred serves as Co-Treasurer for the AIA Mobile Chapter, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to the role. With a strong background in architecture and a deep commitment to the local design community, Mark helps ensure the chapter’s financial operations run smoothly and transparently. His collaborative nature and dedication make him a valuable asset to both the organization and its members.

Comunications
Beatriz Jordan
Works as an architectural engineer for the City of Mobile and helps manage city projects. She also plays an important role in the AIA Mobile Chapter by handling communications and publications. Her tasks include maintaining the website, creating event flyers, and sharing information with members. Beatriz’s work with both the city and the AIA chapter shows her dedication to supporting collaboration and growth in the local architecture community.

Past President
Kim Harden
is an experienced architect and urban planner with extensive expertise in historic preservation and design. Based in Mobile, Alabama, she has held leadership roles including past president of the AIA Mobile Chapter. Her work reflects a strong commitment to collaboration and growth within the architecture community.
